Biography Fedota Ivanovich Shubin

Biography of Kitty Wali

Valya Kotik (Valentin) (11/02/1930 – 17/02/1944), a young party partisan movement in Ukraine during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-45, the pioneer, the Hero of the Soviet Union (27.6. 1958, posthumously).

Born into a peasant family. From 1937 he lived in Shepetivka, attended high school.

After occupying the town the German troops joined an illegal organization, was connected, then in August 1943 as a partisan IA Muzaleva, participated in the hostilities; twice wounded. He died in battle.

Awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, 1 st degree and a medal.

Name of Cat named ships, schools, Pioneer squads. In Shepetivka in 1960 erected a monument to the pioneers of Kitten Ukraine (sculptors L. Skiba, P. Fleet, I. Samotes).
