Biography Tatishchev

Tatishcheva – Count and noble family, originating from the princes Solomerskih or Solomeretskih, industry princes of Smolensk. Biography Malinovsky Rodion Yakovlevich

Malinovsky, Rodion Yakovlevich (11 (23) .11.1898 – 31.03.1967), Soviet military commander, Marshal of the Soviet Union (1944), twice Hero of the Soviet Union (08.09.1945 and 22.11.1958), the People's Hero of Yugoslavia (05/27/1964). Member of the CPSU in 1926.

From 1914 – in the army. In February 1916 was sent to France in the Russian expeditionary corps. Upon his return to Russia in 1919 he joined the Red Army and in the 27 th Infantry Division participated in battles against the Whites.

In 20 – 30-ies. went from platoon leader to corps commander. He graduated from the Military Academy. MV Frunze (1930).

Georgi Konstantinovich Zhukov Biography

Zhukov, Georgi Konstantinovich (02/12/1896 – 06/18/1974) was born December 2, 1896 in the village Strelkovka in Moscow (now the Kaluga region) in a peasant family.

Zhukov graduated three classes of a parochial school, then was sent to his father in Moscow. There Zhukov began work as an apprentice in the furrier shop.

During the First World War, Zhukov was awarded for their courage in battle and the heroism of two St. George's crosses.

In 1918, Zhukov joined the Red Army in 1919 became a member of the Bolshevik Party, took part in battles against the PN Wrangel, Kolchak.

After the Civil War, Zhukov was in military service.

In 1939, Zhukov commanded Soviet troops in the battle against the Japanese Khalkhin Gol, in the same year, Zhukov was awarded the Star of Hero of the Soviet Union (Zhukov three times was awarded this highest honor – in 1944, 1945, 1956).

In January 1941, Zhukov became the chief of General Staff of the Red Army.

In 1941 – 1942 years Zhukov was commander of the Reserve, Leningrad and Western fronts.

Chuikov Vasily Ivanovich (31.01 (12.02) .1900), born with. Silver Ponds, now a small town, Moscow region., A Soviet commander, Marshal of the Soviet Union (1955), twice Hero of the Soviet Union (19.03.1944 and 06.04.1945). Member of the CPSU since 1919.

Born into a peasant family. Since April 1918 the Red Army. Participated in the Civil War 1918 – 1920 – assistant commander, regimental commander of the regiment.

He graduated from the Military Academy.

Biography Budyonny Semyon Mikhailovich

Budyonny Semyon Mikhailovich (13 (25), .04.1883 – 1973), Civil War hero, Marshal of the Soviet Union (1935), three times Hero of the Soviet Union (1. 2. 1958, 24. 4. 1963 and. 22 2. 1968).

Member of the CPSU since 1919. Born into a poor peasant family. Since 1903 in the Army, served in the 46-m Don Cossack Regiment, participated in Russian-Japanese War of 1904-05. He graduated from the Petersburg school riders (1908).

Until 1914, served in the Maritime Dragoon Regiment. Participated in the 1-st world war art. non-commissioned officer in the 18 th Regiment of Dragoons in the Seversky germanskom, Austria and the Caucasian front and was rewarded with four crosses of St. George for bravery. The summer of 1917, together with the Caucasian division arrived in Minsk, where was elected chairman of the regimental committee and deputy. Chairman of the Divisional Committee.

In August 1917 participated in the leadership echelons of the disarmament Kornilov troops in Orsha.
