Yepifantsev Oleg Petrovich (04/10/1973) born April 10, 1973. Angarsk in Irkutsk region.
In 1995. Graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics Angara Institute of Technology.
1997. – Graduated from the High School Financial Management Academy of National Economy under the government of Russia, Moscow.
1997. – Yepifantsev appointed Commercial Director of JSC "Tehresurs" Irkutsk.
1998. – A postgraduate student, Irkutsk State Academy of Economics at the Department of Finance and Credit ".
1998. – Oleg Epifantsev Shareholders' Meeting elected Director General of JSC "Tehresurs.
1999. – 37 th place in the list of regional ruble billionaires (the year before 49-e). Yepifantsev Oleg finished 37 th in the ranking of the journal "Who's Who in Irkutsk.
