Biography Sychugova Viktor Ivanovich

Sychugov Viktor Ivanovich (d. 23.06.1892) – Academy of Architecture. Art education has received in the Academy of Fine Arts (in 1860), where he studied architecture under the leadership of Ton. S. Academy graduated with three silver and one gold medal for architectural projects. In the last years of his life, he served as an officer for special duties at the Warsaw Governor-General.
