Svechin Vladimir K. (1823 – 1878) – Lieutenant-General; noble province of Tula, was born in 1823 and the end of the course of study in the 2 cadet in 1841 and was promoted to the rank of ensign to the definition of the Life Guards regiment of Chasseurs.
