Biography Lyadskaya Timofei Sergeevich

Lyadskaya Timofei Sergeevich (02.28.1913 – 03.19.1995) – a squadron commander of 90-th Guards Assault Aviation Regiment, 4 th Guards Ground Attack Air Division, 5 th Air Corps Attack 2 Air Army 1-st Ukrainian Front, Guard Captain.

Born February 28, 1913 at the station Dolinskaya, now in the city Dolinsk Kirovograd region of Ukraine, in a working class family. Russian. Member of the CPSU (B) / Communist Party since 1943. Since 1927 he lived in the city of Donetsk region Tores. In 1929 he graduated from junior high school, and in 1931 –

school, factory school. He worked as a draftsman at the Kirov plant in Leningrad.

In the Red Army in 1935. In 1939 he graduated from the Engels military aviation school pilots.

Member of the Great Patriotic War from August 1942.

Wing Commander 90 th Guards Assault Aviation Regiment (4 th Guards Attack Air Division, 5 th Air Corps Attack 2 Air Army, 1 st Ukrainian Front), Guard Captain Timothy Lyadskaya the end of August 1944 has made 115 sorties to attack trains, and accumulations of manpower and equipment of the enemy.

Presidium of the Supreme Soviet on 23 February 1945, for the exemplary performance of combat tasks of command at the front of the struggle against the Nazi invaders and for displaying courage and heroism, the Guard Captain Timothy Sergeyevich Lyadskaya awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union and the Order of Lenin and medal "Gold Star "(No. 2286).

After the war, the brave pilot continued to serve in the Soviet Air Force. In 1950 he graduated from the course the night training. Since 1959, Lt. Col. TS Lyadskaya – in stock. He lived in the regional capital of Belarus – the city of Vitebsk, where he died March 19, 1995.
