Kognovitsky Franz Antonovich (Francis A.) (09/17/1868 – 1911). From 1885 he studied at MUZHVZ. In 1895 he graduated with the rank IAH hud.-architect. He worked in Moscow for building the island of the monument to Alexander III and the wine store on Forest street., 28, then assistant. AVIvanov. In 1901-10 he served sverhsht. technician SB IHL.
In 1905 appointed participants. architect., since 1908 served as member of the constructs. Council of the City Council. Work in Moscow: apartment houses: Street. Arbat, 15 (1910), Novokuznetskaya st., 3 (1904), 2-nd Obydensky per., 11 (1903), a tram station "Tverskaya Square" (not preserved).. Supervised build-PTO ambulance to Yauzskaya st. 9-11.
