Biography Eletski Eugene Veniaminovich

Eletskii Eugene Veniaminovich (1954), has a higher physical education. Master of Sports (Chess, 1970). International Arbitrator (1998). Actively participated in organizing the World Chess Olympiad (1994 – Moscow, 1998 – in Elista).

Deputy Head of Russian delegation at the World Chess Olympiads (1996, 1998). Head of delegation of the Russian Chess Federation on the European team championship (1997), world championship among boys and girls (in 1996, 1997). Board Member of the European Chess Union. Member, Committee on the FIDE titles and ratings. Vice-President of the Russian Chess Federation.
