Olympic silver medalist in the relay 4×7, 5 km (in 1992, Albertville). Bronze medal of the Winter Olympics in the race for 10 km (1988, Calgary); Party Winter Olympics (1998, Nagano). World Champion in the relay 4×7, 5 km (1989), silver medalist in the relay 4×7, 5 km and a bronze medal in the race for 20 km (1993). Two-time World Cup holder.
