Biography Bykovtseva Ilya Yakovlevich

Bykovtsev Ilya Yakovlevich (1817 – 1860). MDAU graduated in 1838 with the title of architect assistant.

In 1838-40 – Assistant Architect of the Moscow office of the court.

In 1840-43 – the Commission's buildings in 1842 – Assistant N. Kozlovsky on the central part of Moscow.

In 1847-59 – Assistant architect drawing board OPSiPZ IV. In 1860, a policeman identified as an architect in Novgorod.
